    DC Core Resin Cement

    1. General Information
NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin is a composite-based, dual-cured, radiopaque core build up material in syringes, is also suitable for use in cementing root posts and indirect restorations.

    2. Specification
·8g/syringe (bi-cylinder, dentin color base and white color catalyst)
    · Accessory : 5 spiral nozzles and 5 root canal tips

    3. Composition
NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin mainly contains:
BisGMA, UDMA, BisEMA, Barium glass, Amorphous silica.

    4. Indications
·Permanent cementation for all types of root canal posts
    ·Core build-ups
·Permanent cementation of crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays(ceramic, metal, and composite)

    5. Contraindication
Do not uses in case of known hypersensitivity to acrylic resin.

    6. Side Effect
This product or one of its components may in particular case causes hypersensitive reactions.

    7. Interactions
Phenolics and other substances (e.g. zinc oxide eugenol) may inhibit the curing process.

    8. Precaution
This product contains substances that may cause an allergic reaction by limbs and eye contact. To reduce the risk of allergic response, Use of protective gloves goggle and a no-touch technique is recommended. If skin contact occurs, wash skin with soap and water. If hands contact occurs, wash hands immediately with soap and water and then re-glove. If eyes contact and allergic reaction occurs, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

    9. Instructions for Use

    A:Post Cementation
    1. Post System and Root Canal Preparation: Appropriate post system and matching root canal should be selected according to manufacturer’s instruction.

    2. Applying Adhesive System: Use adhesive on the inter-surface between the root canal and post. Atmbio (AT&M Biomaterials Co., Ltd) B-10 is recommended for adhesive.

    3. Preparation before Delivery: Removes the syringe cap, extrudes a small amount of material directly out of the syringe onto a paper towel/ tissue by pushing the piston slowly, until equal amounts are extruded to ensure that optimal mixing is achieved.

    4. Delivery the Resin: Dispense NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin directly from the syringe into the prepared root canal using the Root Canal Tip (combine the nozzle and tips).Coat the mixed resin on the surface root canal post completely.

Caution: Immediately remove the nozzle after mixing in case of intrigue the polymerization of two components. The overall time between applying the adhesive and the post cementation should not exceed 5 min. If this time is exceeded, repeat the procedure again starting from applying adhesive.

    5. Prepare the Core Build up: Core build up can be processed Afterthe NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin material is completely cured. The NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin material can be light-cured for 30s to accelerate polymerization.

B:Core Built up and Cementation of Crown, Bridges, Inlay, Onlays

    1. Prepare Preparation and Cavity: Clean and etch the preparation and cavity surface using Atmbio NanoFil® etching gel AT-37 for 30s. Dry the surface.

    2. Applying Adhesive System: Use adhesive on the cavity surface. Atmbio B-10 or B-20 is recommended.

    3. Preparation before Delivery: Removes the syringe cap, extrudes a small amount of material directly out of the syringe onto a paper towel/ tissue by pushing the piston slowly, until equal amounts are extruded to ensure that optimal mixing is achieved.

    4. Delivery the Resin: Dispense NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin directly from the syringe into the prepared root canal using the Root Canal nozzle or tips. Apply NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin directly to the preparation.

Caution: Immediately remove the nozzle after mixing in case of intrigue the polymerization of two components. The overall time between applying the adhesive and the post cementation should not exceed 5 min. If this time is exceeded, repeat the procedure again starting from applying adhesive.

5.Curing: The NanoFil® DC Core Dental Filling Resin material can be light-cured for 30s to accelerate polymerization.
