NANOFIL Nova® Composite Direct Filling Workflow | ATBIO
Clinical Restoration Procedure & Direct Filling Workflow
Watch the ATBIO NANOFIL Nova® universal composite clinical application video to follow a complete direct filling procedure. This workflow demonstrates how clinicians achieve predictable, esthetic and durable restorations with the NANOFIL Nova® light-cured universal composite resin.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Preparation & Etching — Condition the enamel and dentin with NANOFIL Nova® Etchant Gel (35%/37% phosphoric acid, high-viscosity gel for precise placement). Applying only to the intended treatment area ensures etching is confined and rinses off cleanly without residue.
Rinsing & Drying — Rinse thoroughly with water and maintain a slightly moist surface for optimal bonding.
Adhesive Application — Apply a compatible universal adhesive to create a reliable bond layer between the tooth and the composite.
Placement & Sculpting — Place NANOFIL Nova® universal composite with its smooth, non-sticky consistency for precise placement and sculpting. For enhanced flowability, warm the single-dose pre-dosed material as needed.
Light-Curing & Finishing — Light-cure each increment, then finish and polish. The high-density 81.5 wt% filler load and dual-series system provide durable, high-polish restorations for both anterior esthetics and posterior function.
